Tommy and his team will be on hand throughout the festive season, serving great beer and tasty food in the lively atmosphere The Marquis is known for. With our regular live music and DJs continuing throughout Christmas, keep an eye on our Instagram for the latest line-ups and events.
Our characterful upstairs bar, affectionately known as Fagin’s Den, is available for private hire. With its own purpose-built, fully staffed bar, it can accommodate up to 50 guests for a standing celebration with a festive buffet. If you choose our festive set menu, Fagin’s Den can be transformed into a beautiful private dining space for up to 30 guests.
While we no longer accept general table bookings for drinks, Fagin’s Den remains available for private events. This change allows us to create a more welcoming and traditional pub atmosphere downstairs, where you can simply walk in, find a spot and enjoy your pint—without reservation signs or areas being kept off-limits.Download our 2026 Christmas Menu, or browse it online below
